Every note belongs to the chosen key and scale mode — Ionian through Locrian, pentatonic, blues, harmonic minor. Select a chord progression and the sequencer voices the diatonic chords across bass, lead, and harmony. Per-step pitch control lets you write melodies that stay in key. MIDI export preserves every note.

Expand a voice to set per-step pitch from the active scale. Progression presets load diatonic chord voicings.

SWING delays odd steps (0–75%). At ~67% = triplet feel. MIDI export outputs pitched notes, not drums.

OscillatorNode → BiquadFilterNode → GainNode (ADSR) → master. Look-ahead scheduling at ctx.currentTime + 100ms.
